Prolly just ringworm from the endotoxins....kiddin @Quatroskin, should be cleared up in a day or so. If its not painful or getting larger youre likely good. If you get an abscess youll know unless its a sterile abscess. That would be a quarter sized lump that goes away after 2 or 3 weeks.

Yeah it’s not painful at all and doesn’t even seem to be a bump. Just red.
Don't stress , it looks normal. Perhaps the fact you have shaved the area may have contributed to. Aif you have not done so , wipe with alcohol swap before you pin . I think forgot once and had a mark where the pin was . I know hospitals and medical staff wipe with alcohol swap before a needle.

Did you use after shave BEFORE you shaved? then pined? or shaved then after shave then you used the pin? you may want to call telahealth , ok that was a joke. I also get red dots form time to time.
Another thing , I've found the 34g pen needles much much better. These are literally painless and have less impact on the skin due to the small let diameter. May help

I've read that somewhere, but never tried. I personally haven't had an issue. Knocks on wood.

My first 5 pins there was nothing. 6th pin this red mark appeared and itched. It’s still there but very light in color like it’s almost gone. Pinned today and so far no marks at all. How long until it goes away in your experience?
