Reta vs Tirz, for Weight Maintenance

For those who have reached their target weight and are currently maintaining, which is the better tool for that; Reta or Tirz?

Is Reta's glucagon agonist component optimal for very long-term use, or is Tirz's GLP/GIP alone better, given Reta's higher resting heart rate, allodynia, and dopamine blunting versus Tirz's cleaner profile?

I'm planning to stash multiple grams of the right one😄 and keep taking it for 2-3 years minimum, tapering to zero at the end.
 
Both work for most but there are side affects for some with Reta. Me personally above 4mg.

You need to try for yourself and see if get the side effects and can live with them.
 
Reta's ability to keep fatty liver at bay while also reducing visceral fat might be a point to consider. If you can maintain on a dose that is low enough to reduce/remove the sides enough the extra metabolic benefits of Reta might make it the better option. Quite a few on maintenance seem to be on really low 1-2 mg so you might not need very much.

I was on tirz 10mg/week for maintenance but that was not enough. I titrated in reta and cut back on tirz. Now 5T and 6R weekly. Doing very well with that. I wanted to get the glucagon effect with reta. When my tirz supply runs out then I will probably go straight reta.

Reta isn’t a dopamine antagonist, but it activates incretin receptors, which reduces dopamine bursts triggered by hedonic stimuli (food, in this case).
