Hi guys, I love to run and I know that reta can increase your HR. Are there any experienced runners on here who are on reta and how have you found that it impacts your running performance?

I run 3x a week with an easy run, speed session and a long run and I’d love to know what I could expect as I start my first ever GLP1. I am expecting I may have to reduce my volume but I will also monitor my HR and see what happens

Not a runner any more in my post Army days, but mountain bike. For me, yes resting heart rate is increased, but my zone heart-rates are virtually unchanged. Actually hit many PRs while on Reta

Ah that’s good to know! What will be will be at the end of the day. Interesting it didn’t affect your zones so much. I have mine based off my lactate threshold anyway so it will be interesting to find out

My heart rate has decreased during cardio compared to before Reta.

I think it must affect everyone differently
