So I was reading about Epithalon and it says Epithalon experiences fast degradation with higher temperatures. The figure I read said 40% degradation after 72 hours of temperatures above 6 degrees Celsius.
Another I looked at was mots-c- this is also susceptible to significant degradation above 4 degrees Celsius and renders it useless for research testing of it exceeds certain time frames.
I’m sure there are others as well.
This reminded me of when I was into fish tanks and people would send fish but never in summer. It was a seasonal thing.
Should we be treating peptides the same way?
I think so.
I ordered a kit of Epi and it was in shipping routes for 10 days. The package was left in a mailbox which was probably 100+ degrees for a few hours in addition to all the travel time.
It makes me wonder how many of these “ I didn’t notice any effect” comments we see is due to improper handling.
I will obviously be buying more but not until winter has come to help aid the process. I will be checking stability of peps for temperature from now on and order accordingly.
