Shipping to Russia, possible?

I have successfully purchased from multiple vendors I found on here, both with USA based warehouses and shipping from China. My mum lives n Russia and I would like to order some peptides for her but when I contact sellers on here who claim to ship to Russia in their promorional messages, I am told that the logistics company cannot ship to Russia because of long transit times.... so why mention Russia in promotional posts in the first place? 🤔🤷‍♀

Does anyone know if it is even possible to ship to Russia?
 
My presumption is she can order from an EU warehouse, there are several vendors on the app with an EU Warehouse. I also don't know why she couldn't just source directly from China, because China and Russia are neighbors with good relations. I used to buy Black market cigarettes from Russia, and they ship them to the United states. Those were the days, I guess I really haven't changed 😂😂😂

That's the issue, when i contacted sellers shipping directly from China or from EU warehouses the main issue seems to be strict customs checks and high rate of seized packages. That's why I am asking here if anyone has real experience with this and not just speculation/assumption.
