Somehow "skinny" comments feel just as bad...

I'm sorry you have to go through this. Whether intentional or not, some people are cruel with comments. Please know that your story and accomplishments really motivate me to be a better person and get healthy, too. Thank you for sharing and keep your chin held high, you earned it!

Amazing, amazing job! You’ve worked hard, and I’m so happy that you are looking peak and loving it!

Body scrutiny sucks. I don’t understand why people need to say rude things. Like say you were very sick…why are they prying? What do they think these comments will do? I’m sorry you are dealing with this.

I think you're doing amazing, and your story is incredibly inspiring. Most people only see where you are today, they don't see the years of hard work, sacrifices, setbacks, and determination it took to get there.

Unfortunately, people will always have opinions when they don't know the full story. From what you've described, you're at a healthy weight and have every reason to be proud of what you've accomplished.

I think you're on the right path by adding strength training. Building muscle can do wonders for body composition, confidence, and overall health. At the end of the day, if you're healthy, happy, and feeling good, that's what matters most. Congratulations on an incredible transformation! Side note/suggestion: You might want to look at something like KLOW80; very good for body maintenance.
