Anyone experienced major fatigue with Reta? I was on Tirz for a year, lost all the weight I wanted to lose.
Went on Reta for fat burning, 1.5mg dose per week for three weeks. Got too tired. Went back to Tirz for a month. Tried 3 weeks of Reta again. Two naps a day.
Good sleep hygiene, vitamin B is good, D is a little low but I’m working on it, iron a little low but I’m supplementing (don’t eat red meat). Daily creatine, NMN sublingual, NAD+ nasal spray and NAC. CoQ10 supps.
Thought Semax might help, but it put me to sleep. Tried MOT-C three times. I wanted to save it for workout days, but I’m barely working out now because I’m so exhausted. Sleeping 8 hours at night plus one in the afternoon. I eat well, no fasting, regular meals and snacks.
Age 55 been on HRT pellets for five years. Never had this low of energy and I’m running out of ideas.
