Super sleepy on 12.5mg Zepbound

Last year, I was on zepbound (goodbye my 6000 bucks...) for 7 months.. Started from 7.5mg, to 10mg, to 12.5mg, and then max 15mg for a few months until I quit because it did nothing for me. no words can describe how crushed I was.

But, at 12.5mg whenever I ate any sort of carb, especially any starchy food, I felt an irresistible drowsiness. I did not feel this in lower or higher doses.

I wanna know if anyone else felt this.
 
im on tirzepatide 7.5 weekly, up from 3, to 5mg....man i feel better than ever...been eating a lot cleaner too...i havent felt lke ive needed a nap in a long time...naps arent bad, but sometimes our body will crave then...when was the last time you did a full panel urinary and blood analysis

Your experience is the exact opposite of the norm. Sorry that happened that way.

Was this actual Zepbound from a legit brick and mortar pharmacy?
