I've lost 53 pounds. The picture in the purple shirt was at the end of last year's softball season, they wanted a team photo and I'd broken my arm the game before, and was one of the only photos I'd seen of myself since I'd started putting on weight. I didn't have a full body mirror at home either. It really caught me of guard as I hadn't realized how big I had gotten. I was about 195 in the first photo. 5'7". I kept gaining until I was 207 this January. Lost 12 lbs by myself then started tirz mid February. Fast forward 6 months of split dose tirz (7.5 mg every 5 days currently) and I've lost 53 pounds! We took this years end of season photo (also one of the only pictures I have of my body) and I've really been struck at the difference. I'm still overweight on the bmi chart I think, but that's never been accurate for me. I'd like to lose another 10ish pounds and tone up but over all I'm so surprised at how great tirz has been. Having the opposite feeling of last year seeing these photos. It's such an ugly feeling to see a picture of yourself and hate what you see. I don't hate seeing myself anymore.

Sorry for the weird cropping but I didn't want to post my whole team lol.

Congratulations! What a difference.

I hope to post similar before/ after pics myself, but I'm not quite there yet.

Keep up the good work!

Thank you, it was a rough start on Tirz (lined up with an autoimmune flare up and fatigue was next level) but I've felt great overall the past month and am still slowly losing weight. 1 pound a week roughly so much slower.

Take a few pictures just so you have them, you'll be glad to see the progress! I've had my husband take a couple for befores/afters but they're not something I'd post here lol.

Marvelous!!

When I lose 20lb or more, I m going to splurge at Ralph Lauren to get new wardrobes and update my tindr profile.

That will be a fantastic day! I've had a hard time with my wardrobe lately. Everything is loose but nice jeans are too expensive to keep buying every size change. I'm just wearing baggy clothes lol.

Before the start of GLPs, I’d see a picture of myself and it never matched up to my minds eye of myself…I just didn’t ‘feel’ that fat…but kinda hard to deny when it’s right there in the photo…

I’m visiting family this week and it’s really been the first time I’ve had pictures of me since 30lbs ago… much better and closer to what I think I should look like… 👍

I love before and after pictures but can we please please please keep the clothes on. The picture posted on this forum of the hairy dude with his shirt off is still kind of hanging with me, in a PTSD kind of way. I don't need to see that. 😉😆

Congratulations OP! Really awesome.

Our stats are very close. I am also 5'7, currently 195. Best I can tell 207-53=154, and that's a healthy weight for us at 5'7". And you look fantastic.

There may be hope =)

Same over here on the baggy clothes; I'd rather spend on peps than on new clothes at every size drop. Congratulations!!

What's strange is that body blindness. I still feel bigger. If someone comments on how thin I look it frankly catches me by surprise. Oh, yeah I guess I do look thin now. Just weird.

Honestly better than the weight loss has been Bpc157. I could sing its praises for days. My hEDS, torn knee, broken elbow and carpal/ cubital tunnel have all resolved. How if I could only find a legit treatment for adhd. I think brain transplant is the only option at this point. 🤔 😅🤣

You look pretty adorable in both! I'm glad your progress is making you happy. I know that feeling of not liking how I look in photos. I'll need to see my new shots to get a feel for how I'm doing now. The scale and measuring tape say good things but my perception in the mirror hasn't caught up. I, too, love tirz. It's just remarkable.

I'm down 30lbs and had to get a new leather suit for motorcycle track riding, new jeans and new shorts.

I am so glad I have progress pics. Taking the "before" pic sort of cemented the commitment to going down this path.

So much agree! I didn't think I was too out of shape, but now that I have the "after" pic I can see I wasn't honest with myself.
