I have been on GLP for 2 years. I’ve lost 75 lbs but still have 30-35 more to go. My loss has slowed pretty substantially over the last year. I am losing about 1/2 lb/month at best. I’ve had several stalls and months where I’ve lost nothing. I have definitely gained muscle though! I am happy with where my body is and happy with where I am going. I am looking to get this last stretch of weight off and hit my goal. BMI is currently 30.

I have 3 months left in my tirz supply. I just started stacking cagri hoping to get some movement. I started at 250mcg 2 days ago, and nothing so far. How quickly can I titrate up? I’ve never had any sides with tirz, so I feel like it may be the same with Cagri. My tirz dose is currently 12.5mg every 6 days.

Anyone using this stack? I also have some Reta I can switch to if this doesn’t work, but I wanted to use up my tirz first.

Cagri is one I would suggest being careful with. Especially added on to a decent dose of tirz or reta, which seems to be how most people on here are using it. My experience is doses of 0.5mg cause mild nausea and 0.75mg/w is definitely noticeable, unpleasant but not terrible, so the max I can take is 0.5/w ( on top of tirz15mg/reta5mg ). There are some on this forum using dose of 1-2mg but a lot are using more like 0.5. Side effects are super variable between different people, but the pattern I see with cagri on here seems to be pretty consistent with most using low doses as an add on.

If you have zero effects from 0.25mg, and you have given it enough time to be fully absorbed, at least 48-72 hours, then a second dose of 0.25 is fairly low risk of major side effects. An additional small dose of 0.25 is less likely to cause problems than trying 0.5 as the next dose a week later. I am not sure you can go on the lack of side effects from tirz as they work on different receptor systems. The most common issues on here are nausea and fatigue, but often low doses like 0.25-1mg mg seem to be tolerated pretty well.

Thanks for this. I did another 0.25mg today. So we’ll see. Today is also my tirz shot day, but I’ll push it to tomorrow and go back to once every 7 days now that I’m on the cag

I'm taking 12 Tirz/6D, 4 Reta/6D, and 2 Cagri/6D, each spread 2 days apart.

Initially I didn't add the Cagrilintide for weight loss exactly, I added it to quell the food noise. I was constantly hungry! All I could think about was food. I was losing about 2-3 lbs a month at that point.

Added the Reta after the Tirz/Cagri was slowing, not much weight loss. Started at Cagri .5mg/6D, and didn't raise for 2 months. No side effects, but little to no improvement in weight loss. Raised to 1mg, and then 3 wks later raised to 2mg. Been on that new dose for 3 wks now.

12 additional lbs lost in that 3 month interval since starting Cagri. Diminishing returns, my last week now has been 0 lbs lost, even at that 12/4/2 dose listed above.

On the higher doses I'm having some side effects, but they are mostly attributed to the Tirz; tinnitus, allodynia. Maybe a touch of mild nausea/upset stomach, which I suppose could trace to the Cagri. The nausea is very minor. The allodynia, not so much!

Heading into my 3rd week with Cagri. Did .5mg last week and considering 1mg this week. Not noticing much change, down .5lbs in the last 3 weeks.

I'm on 2nd week of Cagri on top of 12.5 Tirz. Noticed appetite suppression at first dose of .25, but no loss to speak of, added it to hopefully kick a stall. Likely too soon to tell anything. No ill effect from the cag.

12 lbs in 3 months sounds awesome!! I am a slow loser, so that sounds like a dream to me. How much have you lost so far?

I dropped about 41 lbs on Tirz alone, then another 14 since adding the Tirz and Reta. Total loss 55lbs so far, over 8 months. From a BMI of 40 to 30. Trying to get into the high 20's.

The weight just fell off doing the Tirz. It helped that I began my Tirz with a trip to a remote outpost where alcohol is not permitted, and the only thing to do for entertainment is work out, watch DirecTv, and surf the Interwebz. Easy enough to stay on a 1,000 calorie/day diet, and go to the gym.

I have definitely been struggling to lose further since this "plateau". I hate to use the term plateau, I think this is just the new homeostasis for 12Tirz/6D. If I want to lose more, I need to titrate up more. Side effects have kept me from doing so, which also led to the Reta/Cagri experiment.

But I was surprised the addition of both Reta and Cagri didn't do much. Diminishing returns I suppose, which would be a natural logarithmic loss curve. There just isn't as much to lose.

Seems a really mixed bag, I read tons of testimonies of it kicking a stall's ass, but just as many saying Meh, really didn't do anything. Person difference, vendor difference, who knows. I'm stalled at at nearly 50 pounds lost after 6 months, but still have a long ways to go. If Cagri doesn't kick it, I'm gonna start titrating Tirz up further, I'm at 12.5 every 6 days, not opposed to exceeding 15 if that's what it takes.

I still have at least 30 more lbs to lose and man they are stubborn. I am also at 12.5mg every 6 and I think next week I’ll move up to 15mg to see what happens. I did 15mg last year and then got stuck on a 4 month stall. So far, I am unimpressed with Cagri.

Have you tried getting strict with macros to see where you are at? I feel like my ‘maintenance calories’ are pretty low now and if I want to lose, I really need to cut. I could be wrong though. I was a life long calorie counter and right now I can only stick to it for a week at a time.

My hunger is definitely back. Hoping the cagri kicks in soon. Probably will go up to 15mg tirz next week just to see what happens.

I can't weigh anything, no idea how much butter is in those collard greens, either. Is that 10oz Prime Rib, or 14?

At the remote outpost I'm at, all food is prepared by chefs/cooks. Just order off the menu, 3 meals a day. I do log religiously using LoseIt. Have been for 13 years straight. But it's guesswork out here.

Funny you mention going up to 15 Tirz/6D. I just did that this am. Was on 12Tirz for the past month, and 10Tirz for the previous 4 months. Debating increasing my Reta/Cagri from 4 and 2 to either 6 and 3 or 8 and 4 as well.

12 hrs into the Tirz raise and definitely feeling the effects. And side effects...

If you do not have success with a decent trial of cagri , then it might be worth considering Elora instead, I do not think anyone knows yet how well it might or might not work if there was not much response to cagri or side effects from cagri, but overall it was more effective for weight loss.

Very similar to what I am on tirz15 reta 6 cagri 0.5. I cannot increases doses of any of them, but it seems to be working fairly well in controlling hunger to help maintain a 55% weight loss. I added in reta rather than swapping as I was very happy with the lack of side effects from 15mg of tirz , and did not want to mess that up, but was still a bit hungry

Sounds like you might be getting close to the current limits of GLP drug technology for you if tirz/cagri is not causing more weight loss, but if you have no tirz side effects , then higher doses is still a possible option, as is adding in or swapping to reta. and maintaining long term at a BMI of 30 is still much much better for long term health than a BMI of 40 even if it is a bit disappointing not to get to the normal weight range despite getting fairly close.

Nice! I miss the days of feeling the effects! Not the sides, of course. I haven’t ever had any sides with tirz or sema, so lucky there.

I am super hesitant to add in Reta - I think deep down I’m worried it won’t work for me.

Sorry if I asked already, but how quickly did you titrate up on Cagri?

That’s what I am really afraid of - that I can’t get any further now. It is disappointing to not get to goal. I’m barely under 200lbs! I am happy with my loss but it’s a bummer for sure.

No sides ever with any of these drugs, so I guess that’s the good thing. Maybe I just need more tirz.

I am worried about adding or swapping for Reta - if THAT doesn’t work, then I will really be stuck. I’m not brave enough to get into elora quite yet.

Just checked my notes, I was at 500mcg/6D Cagri for 2 months before increasing to 1mg/6D. Then 3 wks later I raised to 2mg/6D.

The initial 2 months wasn't for any specific reason, I just got very busy and so the peptide dosing was just on cruise-control. I meant to go up sooner, just kinda forgot.

A note on side effects. I recently read that dysesthesia is distinctly different from allodynia. I have had allodynia on my arms from my earlier attempts at going to 10mg Tirz. I raised back to 10 again and ran that 14 weeks before raising to 12. Ran 12 for one month before this latest step up to 15mg/6D.

Wow! Heavy dysesthesia! Before, on 12mg I had allodynia, the long sleeved shirt brushing my arm hair was an uncomfortable sensation. On 15 I have more of that same sensation, including my midsection, and taking the shirt off doesn't make it stop, either. And I can't go around shirtless at work, either.

It's uncomfortable, but tolerable. I'm planning on increasing the Reta and Cagri this week as well. The Dysesthesia has me considering a lower increase, maybe from 4 to 6 instead of 8 Reta, and 2 to 3 instead of 4 on the Cagri.
