Tirze to Reta ratio

I was on 7.5mg Mounjaro before I started adding Retatrutide (and substituting Mounjaro with grey Tirzepatide.

Adding Reta:

2 weeks @ 1mg

4 weeks @ 2 mg

3mg after that.

I tried 8mg Reta/6mg Tirz for a few weeks but I prefer the other way around for better appetite suppression.

I'm on 7.5mg tirz and today started 1mg reta. I decided to stack instead of titrating up the tirz. I want to add in the glucagon.

Any tips or observations?

Are you in a plateau or do you want add it for different reason?

I would titrate up slowly to 4mg to have the full glucagon activation if the side effects permit this. Then I would hold as long as the scale drops.

I felt no need to rush to the highest doses and still don't. Also, I split all my doses so I never really had any bad sides nor drop offs by the end of the week.

I have been stacking both for many months, but I alternate days for pins give each its space.

I am currently doing 2.28 Tirz and 1.31 Reta ( decimals because I pin each every 4 days not weekly so I avg for week) The reason Im doing less Reta is heart rate elevation, and less need for weightloss. Max was around 2.25 each pw.

How slowly? I was planning on 3-4 weeks before titrating up

Not much of a plateau, but yeah the hunger would have me changing things up for sure.

It's the hunger part thats getting to me. My clothes are getting looser. My measurements are going down and I'm more active. I have a feeling that I'm loosing fat and gaining muscle, so the scale isn't moving. Im fine with that.

I dont have the food noise. I'm very hungary
