Now the studies say that reta has better weightloss results...but let's get a little more specific! How is the appetite suppression, food noise, etc... one verses the other? Fight!!!! 🤣

I feel like we just had a thread like this from the guy that wanted us to rate the glp1s but never even tried Reta.

Tirz and reta rock. Reta feels more powerful to me in general.

I’ve been on 2mg Reta and 4mg 2x a week, honestly love the combo more than just one or the other

Tirz has been awesome for me for the past 6 months. I just started 2mg Reta on top of my Tirz dose (5mg now), haven't pooped like that in a looong time. 10/10 would recommend.

Just started Reta 3 weeks ago. Titrating slowly. On Tirz I didn’t lose weight and got cortisol spikes that woke me up between 2-3 am every night. Apparently I’m in the small subset that gets sleep issues that don’t abate. So far, not happening with Reta yet… tbc.

I love tirz, not gonna lie. I have been giving reta a go along with tirz. Currently at 7mg tirz and 2mg reta. I think I want to decrease tirz and up reta. But, did I mention I love tirz. Just saying. Best of luck to all.

Reta got me up early for the last 6 weeks. I hope you are different. The last couple days I really didn't want to get up but I did easily. I used to be a bear coming out of hibernation every morning before this peptide stuff. Everyone is different, I'm learning me, but do observe others results/comments. Best of luck 👍

Wait, it gets worse. It started at 6mg, now at 8mg and it's suck still. Wake up around 1:00 and on and off all night till I finally get up at 5 am. I lay down around 8:30 or so, and have for years due to work. I think I usually fall asleep around 1/2 hr later. Had to nap around 2 this afternoon.

I try to nap at work-at lunch sometimes. I'm tired but can't sleep. I'm way lower on dose than you. At some point, I am hoping my fat ass loses enough weight to not be tired. Someday! I'm hopeful, but I do question, how did I get here? Life is life. Paying my past debts today. I'll get there, with time and work......and peps. 🙂

why make them fight against each other when you can make them both fight for you together !

Reta day 1 then tirz 3 day after for smoother end of the week binge

So much this! This is the way.

Disclaimer: I am not a doctor and I did not stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. I don't call Tirz and Reta weight loss drugs, I call them metabolic drugs.

I've done both Reta and Tirz (max dose of 1.5mg/week individually). For me, Tirz has more appetite suppression, but Reta is moving the needle slightly further on the blood tests I really, really care about (A1C, Cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, Triglycerides). Both have lowered my subcutaneous fat, visceral fat, and blood pressure. I'm down to my maintenance dose of 1mg/week and am considering 0.5mg/week. I love them both. They're awesome!
