Just finished my 4th week running Bpc157 500mcg once a day Monday - Friday pinning near injury site and Tb500 2mg twice a week. Haven’t really felt any improvement, still lifting but did away with anything that aggravates the injury. Been dealing with some golfers and tennis elbow for a few months and still feels the same. Wondering if I should continue with protocol or maybe tritrate up some or do bpc twice a day and tritrate tb some. Some feedback from others experiences would be appreciated. Thanks.

46 with 2 bad shoulders. I had constant pain and limited mobility. I have been running BB20 for about 6 months now. Shoulder pain is non existent, and mobility is great. I do slow and low in the gym on shoulder days. I'm not trying to aggravate these things again after dealing with several years of misery. Its so nice not hurting these days.

The only pep that work with my with clear and fast results was KPV and I'm still using it. My elbow and shoulder pain are almost gone. I pin near the injury

I'm still using bpc and ghk (just in case) because I think both of them work but for results you need months

When I introduce kpv, in less than a week the constant pain I had disappeared. Like a miracle

I inject kpv separated from bpc+ghk (I mix them in a syringe)

Worth a try!

I'm just starting kpv - was using about 2mg / day of wolverine - seeing some reduction of osteoarthritis pain in my knee & hand. Soppped the wolverine and now want to try the kpv - what was your dosage with the kpv ?

I pinned a mg of each daily for months and got nothing out of it. Thinking of trying again with 5mg a day. This is not medical advice. This is probably stupid and should not be done.

Yeah, the dosing is all up in the air. That's why I may not buy another kit of any peptide that isn't already a drug with known dosing.

Solid plan for sure. But, I'm still down for some bro science.

When I started, I injected 0.5mg in my left elbow and shoulder (0.5mg in each site for a total of 1mg) per day at night

When the pain started to go away (I even woke up at night because of my elbow pain.. It was really strong) I reduced to 0.250mg on each site. And I'm maintaining this dose

I use insulin Syringes with the smaller length needles

Initially I was using a vial of wolverine for a rotator cuff injury. 250mcg a day was helping me but since finishing that vial I bought the kits separately. 500mcg of bcp twice a day and 1-2mg tb twice a week. I can’t say I’ve noticed any improvement and not sure what dosage I should be taking or if I should be micro dosing the tb500 instead as most tb500 is actually tb4.

I will say that KPV has really helped but the truth is that is just masking the pain and not fixing the problem. Still love KPV though !

I've been on 0.5mg bpc 2x/day and 2mg tb500 2x/week for lingering pain from a running injury (bone injury, had surgery to correct it about a year ago). This dosage has helped me a lot with healing from that. I'm currently training for a marathon and plan to continue this dosage for this training block, and then cycle off for a while.

Is there a reason you're running it only 5 days a week and not everyday? bpc has a short half-life and I've seen many people running it 2x/day (myself included) for a while and then cycle off for a break.

My method was .5mg of BPC 2-3x daily and 1.5mg of TB500 3x weekly.

I’m seriously debating upping the bpc frequency from 500mcg once daily to twice and keeping the tv the same for now.

Actually I am running it 7 days a week I was mistaken. Seems like quite a few people pin bpc twice a day. I’m going to do the same starting this week and keep my 2mg of tb 2x a week. Hopefully I see some improvement.

Good luck!! 🤞 Stick with it, it takes time. I was about 6 weeks in at 2x/day when I realized, "hey, my leg doesn't hurt when I run now"
