Hello, new here but not to grey or GLPs
THE HISTORY:
I have been on Tirz for nearly 3 years now and went from 270->220. Big win. Switched to Reta lost another 10(ish), another big win. Never really hit my goals of being in the 190s as a 6ft tall male though but, I'll take it.
So Reta is the king, or so I thought. I really kinda equalized on Reta at 215(ish) which, more or less was matching Tirz.
Fast forward about a year or so, I had to go back to only Tirz due to "Anhedonia" or a general "bla". I am normally a very upbeat positive person but on high levels of Reta it's just not fun generally.
I regained about 10-15lbs and exist somewhere in the 225->230 range. I feel it, it needs to change.
I've been on 10mg of Tirz /w for most of 2026 now.
THE PLAN:
As far as GLP-1s go, my options feel a bit limited. My thought is that Reta itself WOULD or COULD get me back to where I was and possibly where I want to be but, I can't go straight, high-dose Reta again due to Anhedonia.
My plan is to possibly go 15+mg of Tirz AND add in very low 1-2mg/w doses of Reta.
Has anyone been in this situation? Any success? Mostly just looking for ideas and stories on what has worked. Obviously diet/exercise are a component, but that's another topic for another forum I think.
