Word of advise, label before putting them in the freezer. When mine show up, I just put them on the workbench till I get to them. You don't need to worry about them sweating and they'll be fine.

Yeah, that's what I am working on. Want to make sure I got all the info correct before I punch it into the M2 Printer. I have them sitting in a cool dark place right now.
 
I like to include the name, dose, freeze date, batch number if applicable, date ordered/received and who i bought from also.

The last two mainly in the case of a COA showing any issues.

I put all that in my spread sheet, and just label the the vial and the cap with size, and who it came from. My filtered reconstituted vials will now get her name on one, and mine the other along with type/size and who it came from. I've always done two vials, but now we're on different doses. I might mix a R140 next, but only 1 vial. I think we'll get 8 weeks each with one at 6mg and the other at 10mg.
